The manufacturer is an ocean away and doesn’t answer. And your local window company takes one look at the hardware and walks away. Meanwhile, a tilt-and-turn sash hangs at an odd angle, a lift-and-slide door takes two people to move, or a multipoint lock refuses to engage.

In most cases, what looks like a broken window is a matter of adjustment or a single replacement part. You don’t need new windows. You need someone who understands the ones you have.
How It Works
Step 1 — Free Phone Consultation
It starts with a 10-minute phone call, free of charge. Tell us what’s happening, send us a few photos of the window and its hardware, and we’ll tell you honestly what we think it is. Many issues can be identified right on this first call.
Step 2 — Live Video Repair Session — $95, paid in advance
If the problem needs a closer look, we schedule a live video session on WhatsApp or FaceTime. You point your phone at the window, and we work on it together, step by step — adjusting the hardware, realigning the sash, or identifying exactly which part needs to be ordered. Most common issues are fixed right there during the call, with your own hands and our eyes. The session is $95, payable in advance when we schedule it, and it’s credited toward the parts or on-site work if the repair needs more.
Step 3 — On-Site Service
For larger repairs — multiple windows, glass replacement, major hardware overhauls — we come to you. On-site service is available nationwide; travel costs are billed at cost, and you receive a clear written quote before anything is scheduled.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you service windows you didn’t sell?
Yes. We service all European window and door brands, regardless of where they were purchased — including brands and importers that no longer operate in the US.
What if I don’t know what brand my windows are?
That’s very common. Send us photos of the hardware — the handle, the hinges, and any markings on the metal parts along the sash edge. We can usually identify the system from those.
Why is the video session paid in advance?
Because it’s not a sales call — it’s a working session with a specialist who has spent 25+ years inside these mechanisms. Most sessions end with a fixed window. If your repair goes further, the $95 is deducted from your invoice, so the session effectively costs you nothing.
